Service Description
A comprehensive one-to-one 90-minute consultation designed to explore your family’s specific circumstances, concerns and challenges relating to dementia. We’ll take time to understand what’s happening, discuss practical strategies, answer your questions and identify useful next steps. After the consultation, you’ll receive a personalised written action plan with practical suggestions, relevant resources and agreed next steps to help you move forward. This service provides compassionate, practical dementia family guidance and support. It does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment, or legal or financial advice.
Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your consultation. This allows the appointment time to be offered to another family.
